At Pierre Cardin, we are committed to your complete satisfaction; if you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, authenticity cards, and protective seals remain intact and attached.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your parcel, ensuring any previous delivery labels are fully covered.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return for quality compliance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
